Three insights:
1. Mr. Foster will become the company’s president and CEO June 30, replacing current CEO Jeffrey O’Donnell Sr.
2. Mr. Foster served in leadership roles at Smith & Nephew and Boston Scientific before joining Trice Medical in 2016 as vice president of global sales and chief commercial officer. He was promoted to president in March 2018.
3. Mr. O’Donnell will remain a strategic adviser for Trice Medical.
