Aurora Spine’s SiLO sacroiliac joint fusion system surpassed 2,500 procedures in the U.S., the company said June 10.

The SiLO platform includes the SiLO-TFX system and uses a posterior approach to secure transfixation across the SI joint, according to a news release. Key growth drivers of the system include expanding Aurora’s U.S. sales network and targeting surgeon education programs.
SiLO-TFX was launched in September 2023, and a recent study found it had stronger outcomes compared to traditional posterolateral transosseous techniques.
