- Oral and maxillofacial surgeons: 5 percent
- Ophthalmologists (except pediatric): 3.6 percent
- Orthopedic surgeons (except pediatric): 1.6 percent
- Pediatric surgeons: 1 percent
- Surgeons (all other): 0.8 percent
