Franc Galinanes, senior director of North American Partners in Anesthesia, discusses consolidation of the anesthesia industry in the February issue of the American Society of Anesthesiologist’s Newsletter.

Mr. Galinanes two-page column, which appears in the publication’s “practice management” section focuses on practice mergers, independent practices joining larger groups and sale of a group to a larger multispecialty group.

 

Mr. Galinanes wrote the column as a representative of the Medical Group Management Association Anesthesia Administration Assembly.
