The center is projected to cost $17.5 million, including $7.1 million that is already invested in a radiation oncology department expansion. The center will integrate the majority of oncology services in one location and will adjoin the Cancer Center of the Rockies and the expanded radiation oncology department, set to open in January. The center will include medical oncology, radiation oncology, an infusion center and a survivorship center.
Construction is expected to start in April.
