St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital Expands Use of Natural Cancer Therapies

St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital in Paterson, N.J., has expanded its use of natural therapies and treatments for cancer patients, according to a report in The Record.

Acupuncture, acupressure, aromatherapy, massage and reflexology are now being used throughout the hospital on oncology patients, according to the report.

The new therapies have been well-received by both patients and physicians, said Mary Ann Bonilla, MD, the department’s attending physician, in the report.
