Seattle Children’s Has Filled All Beds in Recently Opened Expansion

Seattle Children’s Hospital has filled all 80 beds in its Building Hope expansion that opened April 21, according to a Puget Sound Business Journal report.

The expansion included the nation’s first cancer center dedicated to patients aged 15 to 29.

The Building Hope expansion also includes four currently unused floors that will help the 250-bed hospital expand to 600 beds by 2030, according to the report.
