Neptune Township, N.J.-based Jersey Shore University Medical Center, part of Edison, N.J.-based Hackensack Meridian Health, has selected Roshani Patel, MD, to serve as medical director of breast surgery.
Dr. Patel has more than 10 years of experience as a breast surgical oncologist and specializes in breast-sparing surgery with lumpectomy, as well as skin-sparing and nipple-sparing mastectomies, according to a March 10 news release. She joins Jersey Shore University Medical Center from Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Manchester, N.H.
