Here are five cancer center and clinic groundbreakings, openings and expansions since Nov. 30:
- Northeast Texas Cancer and Research Institute in Tyler opened its 85,000-square-foot cancer center on Nov. 30.
- Murfreesboro, Tenn.-based Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital is building a $60 million medical office building, which will house Ascension Saint Thomas Cancer Center.
- Paducah-based Mercy Health-Kentucky will break ground on its $12.5 million, 19,000-square-foot cancer care center on Dec. 13.
- Ridley-Tree Cancer Center in Santa Barbara, Calif., is adding a 2,107-square-foot expansion to house its new linear accelerator technology.
- Ochsner Cancer Center-Baton Rouge (La.) is set to complete its $10 million expansion in 2023.
