The Board of Certification for Emergency Nursing is an independent nonprofit organization that provides nursing specialty certifications in emergency care, according to an Oct. 2 system news release. It awarded national winners in three categories — small organization, large organization and healthcare system — based on their commitment to emergency, trauma, flight and critical care ground support nursing professionalism and clinical excellence.
“This prestigious recognition speaks to the passion and dedication of our incredible nursing teams, guided by our values of love and excellence, who make the difference for patients during some of their worst moments, going above and beyond to deliver quality care,” Danielle Weber, DNP, RN-BC, chief nurse executive at ChristianaCare, said in the release.
