Medline Named Preferred Distributor for Centegra Health

Crystal Lake, Ill.-based Centegra Health System selected Mundelein, Ill.-based Medline Industries to serve as its preferred distribution partner for the next three years, according to a news release.

Medline will provide its products directly to Centegra Health’s facilities.

The partnership is expected to cut the health system’s supply chain costs by about $1 million through distribution efficiencies, product standardization and utilization solutions, according to the report.

The deal is expected to be worth $30 million in total, according to the release.
