Greensboro, N.C.-based Canopy Partners and M*Modal formed a partnership in 2011 to improve quality reporting at Greensboro Radiology, an imaging center that contracts Canopy Partners to provide technology and management services. Canopy Partners selected the M*Modal Catalyst, a documentation system that provides instant information and feedback for physicians, as the intervention tool.
The case study reports the M*Modal Catalyst helped Greensboro Radiology standardize language and more quickly develop reports on critical findings. The case study also suggests the M*Modal Catalyst may be useful in preparing for ICD-10.
