Mr. Rogalski has been serving as the system’s interim CEO since November.
Mr. Rogalski replaced previous interim CEO Kim N. Hollon who filled the position after David Gallatin’s retirement in April. Mr. Hollon became COO of Excela Health in November.
Mr. Rogalski, an attorney, previously served as senior counsel and healthcare practice group co-leader for Thorp Reed & Armstrong, according to the report.
