Orlando Health Names Sherrie Sitarik New CEO

Orlando Health’s board voted to name Sherrie Sitarik the next president and CEO of the Florida hospital system, according to a report in the Orlando Business Journal.

She will succeed President and CEO John Hillenmeyer, who announced previously that he would step down at the end of 2010.

Ms. Sitarik is currently Orlando Health’s executive vice president and has led strategy development for the system since Dec. 2008. She previously served as president of Orlando Regional Medical Center and Lucerne Hospital.
