ArborMetrix provides cloud-based healthcare analytics and solutions. Under the agreement, MHA will combine its all-payer claims database with the EpisodeMetrix platform from ArborMetrix to provide hospitals with insight into their performance on readmissions measures and other clinical quality measures.
EpisodeMetrix will provide statistically reliable analytics and reporting based on statewide hospital discharge data. As a result of the partnership, member hospitals will comply with CMS requirements for value-based payments. The platform will also identify quality metrics for high-value conditions and procedures that have significant volume, cost and variability in quality.
This is the second partnership between ArborMetrix and MHA; earlier this year, MHA Keystone Center partnered with ArborMetrix to use the RegistryMetrix platform at around 60 hospitals across the state.
