Previously, the organization’s operators had manually tracked which clinicians were on call on any given day. Now, each department inputs their own on-call information to provide a comprehensive resource for all Maimonides physicians and staff to easily find contact information for on-call physicians.
“It’s all about accurate caregiver contact information,” said Katy Desantis, telecommunications manager at Maimonides, in the news release.
