The online tool, accessible from the system’s home page, is an attempt to help increase the transparency of healthcare pricing, according to Michael Dowling, the system’s president and CEO.

The website is intended to help patients understand their hospital bills, estimate their out-of-pocket costs, establish interest-free payment plans and make payments online.
