Helene Fuld Medical Center in Trenton N.J., Changes Name

The former Helene Fuld Medical Center in Trenton N.J., has changed its name to Capital Health Regional Medical Center to highlight its role in the Capital Health hospital system, according to a report by the Trentonian.

The 589-bed hospital is also in the middle of a significant expansion to be completed by 2011, according to Capital Health.

Capital Health also runs Mercer Medical Center in Trenton and is building a new hospital in Hopewell Township, N.J.
