HDR, a global architecture, engineering and consulting firm, has acquired the Oklahoma City-based Cooper Medical, a firm providing integrated design and construction for healthcare facilities, according to an HDR news release.
Under the agreement, HDR Cooper Medical will provide a full service design and construction delivery model to healthcare clients, ranging from small outpatient clinics and specialty centers to large multispecialty clinics. The company will also work with critical access and community hospitals.
The operations of HDR Cooper Medical will continue under the leadership of Steve Cooper and Chris Cooper.
