Government Insures New Orleans East Hospital for $97.6M

New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu announced the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development will insure a $97.6 million mortgage loan for the $130 million new, full-service New Orleans East Hospital.

The mortgage ensures the financing package will be completed and construction can move forward on schedule, according to the release.
