Phoenix Physicians’ clinicians provide emergency department, urgent care facility, adult and pediatric hospitalist, obstetrics/gynecology and high-risk perinatal services in six states: Florida, North Carolina, New Jersey, Arkansas, Ohio and Virginia.
The acquisition is expected to add about $125 million in revenues and roughly 80,000 patient encounters annually.
EmCare provides facility-based provider services, including emergency, anesthesiology, hospitalist/inpatient care, radiology and surgery.
