Here is a list of 49 hospitals with the highest percentage of patients who reported that their room and bathroom were "always" clean in the HCAHPS survey.

Note: The list is based on HCAHPS survey results reported in CMS' Hospital Compare database and covers the period July 2011 through June 2012. Some hospitals were excluded from this list due to insufficient data, such as having fewer than 100 patients complete the HCAHPS survey. Hospitals with the same percentage are listed according to provider number instead of alphabetically.
