A man was saved from heroin overdose with Narcan treatment last summer, but less than 24 hours later, he overdosed in his hospital room after Michael Filipowicz allegedly signed in as a guest and delivered heroin to the room.
Police are still searching for Mr. Filipowicz but have charged an accomplice, Dana Gotliffe, with conspiracy to distribute heroin.
