The appeal to the Supreme Court was filed by the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons and the Alliance for Natural Health USA. The groups’ appeal to the Supreme Court came after a district court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit both ruled against the challengers, according to the report.
Although the high court declined to take up this challenge, it is hearing a challenge to PPACA subsidies, with oral arguments set to begin in that case March 4.
