Fairview Health Services, U of Minnesota to Build $182M Medical Center

The University of Minnesota and Minneapolis-based Fairview Health Services are partnering to build a $182 million Ambulatory Care Center, according to a Star Tribune report.

The surgery center, as well as specialty clinics, will replace existing facilities that are at capacity — the buildings manage more than three times the patient volume that was originally estimated, according to the report.
