Roseland Community Hospital Sued by Former Executives

Roseland Community Hospital in Chicago is being sued by three former executives claiming the hospital violated the terms of the executives' separation agreements, according to a Crain's Chicago Business report.

The executives are seeking severance pay and health insurance after being fired June 21, according to the report.

The separation agreements the hospital is accused of violating were signed by former CEO Dian Powell, who resigned June 4 after blaming the state for the hospital's financial woes.
