According to the report, WDH will not cut any more than the equivalent of 45 full-time employees, or those who work 40 hours per week, but that may affect part-time employees who work 20-hour-per-week schedules.
The hospital would also be saving roughly $3.4 million if the jobs are eliminated, the report said. If an employee is let go, he or she would receive career transition services, salary continuation of up to 12 weeks based on tenure and contributions to medical and dental benefits.
