Healthcare Reform Extends Coverage to 1.3M Minority Young Adults

HHS announced the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act has extended health insurance to approximately 1.3 million minority young adults.

Data show that roughly 736,000 Latinos, 410,000 Blacks, 97,000 Asian-Americans and 29,000 American-Indian/Alaska Natives have gained coverage under the law.
