Health Management’s preliminary results also indicate an adjusted EBITDA of between $231 million and $236 million in the fourth quarter of 2011. From continuing same hospital operations, compared to the fourth quarter of 2010, the for-profit hospital company expects surgeries to increase from 0.5 percent to 1 percent and admissions to decrease from 1 percent to 1.5 percent.
For the 2011 calendar, Health Management expects to report net revenue of roughly $5.8 billion. Net income figures were not included in the preliminary results.
Although Health Management has not specified a date it will release its financial results, it is expected they will be released within the next month.
