According to a June 20 news release from the Justice Department, Atlanta-based CRH Healthcare and Peachtree Immediate Care agreed to pay the settlement. The claims are allegations only, and there has been no determination of liability in the case, according to the Justice Department.
The case was brought by former employees of CRH Healthcare. The whistleblowers will receive $320,000 from the settlement, according to the news release.
