Mr. Bourseau, who was indicted in January admitted to paying individuals for referring the homeless Medicare and Medi-Cal beneficiaries to City of Angels for inpatient hospital stays and is the fourth person to plead guilty in the scheme.
Mr. Bourseau will pay more than $4.1 million in restitution to Medicare and Medi-Cal and faces up to 10 years in prison.
