Kayla Dubois and Christopher Wimmer face multiple counts of interception and disclosure of oral communications, the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office said in an prepared statement. Mr. Wimmer also faces a misdemeanor battery charge for holding open the eyelid of a sedated patient.
