The FBI did not specify the reason for the raid, but Medoc has been the plaintiff in a number of lawsuits in Dallas County in recent years. Medoc provides “healthcare management services to an extensive network of top-tier ancillary service providers,” according to its website.

The building housing Medoc’s offices also contains several other healthcare-related companies. All companies in the building are led by Kevin Kuykendall and Mark Schneider.

In response to the raids, Medoc released a statement defending its innocence in the unspecified investigation.

“We have hired well-respected legal counsel and auditors to assist us, and we intend to vigorously defend the company in this matter,” according to a statement from Medoc. “We are confident that our company can address any concerns raised by this investigation, as well as any misinterpretations or false allegations that prompted today’s action.”
