FBI agents raid Medoc Health Services offices in Dallas

FBI agents raided the Dallas offices of healthcare management firm Medoc Health Services May 9, according to The Dallas Morning News.

The FBI did not specify the reason for the raid, but Medoc has been the plaintiff in a number of lawsuits in Dallas County in recent years. Medoc provides "healthcare management services to an extensive network of top-tier ancillary service providers," according to its website.

The building housing Medoc's offices also contains several other healthcare-related companies. All companies in the building are led by Kevin Kuykendall and Mark Schneider.

In response to the raids, Medoc released a statement defending its innocence in the unspecified investigation.

"We have hired well-respected legal counsel and auditors to assist us, and we intend to vigorously defend the company in this matter," according to a statement from Medoc. "We are confident that our company can address any concerns raised by this investigation, as well as any misinterpretations or false allegations that prompted today's action."
