Forest Park Medical Center San Antonio closed in mid-October after the hospital’s property owner filed for bankruptcy protection.
In his lawsuit, Mr. Abraham alleges the operator of Forest Park Medical Center San Antonio “willfully” violated the WARN Act by failing to give 60 days notice to the employees it let go.
Mr. Abraham further claims that he and the other employees who were terminated from their positions are entitled to their back pay and associated benefits for each day of the violation.
