Lawrence Slate, a former medical physicist with BDH, claims he was fired after reporting concerns about the hospital’s management of nuclear waste to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and lodging concerns about unnecessary use of radiation treatment at the hospital, according to the report.
BDH has not yet filed a response, according to the report.
