Retirement packages for CFO John Fletcher, Vice President of Operations Beverly Ranzenberger and Controller Frank Datsuda will be included in the ad, according to the report.
Three other executives have also resigned in the past month from Salinas Valley Memorial. David Perrot, MD, former CMO, Elizabeth Lorenzi, former vice president for business and physician integration, and Ann Kern, former administrative director of human resources, left for other organizations.
Between the executives who retired and resigned, most of whom who made roughly $300,000 per year, Salinas Valley Memorial expects to save $1.5 million in the reduced management costs.
