Anthem rescinded the hikes after California’s Department of Insurance identified errors in the insurer’s calculations supporting the hikes.
Ms. Margolin will leave the insurer to join a group called Transforming Health Care, a coalition of healthcare providers, employers and consumer advocates aimed at transforming the state’s healthcare system.
Anthem confirmed Ms. Margolin’s last day was Monday, according to the report.
