1. UPMC, Highmark dispute over cancer treatment pricing should not be sent to arbitration, court says
The Pennsylvania Superior Court ruled that Pittsburgh-based health giants UPMC and Highmark Health should settle their feud over the pricing of cancer treatment services in court.

2. Executives, physicians at Dallas hospital indicted in massive kickback scheme
