3 senior home employees charged after recording Snapchat video in dying patient's room

Three women were charged July 8 after making a Snapchat video with a dying patient at Bentley Senior Living Facility in Jefferson, Ga., police told Fox 13.

The women — 21-year-old Jorden Lanah Bruce,  21-year-old Mya Janai Moss and 19-year-old Lizeth Jocelyn Cervantes Ramirez — all worked at the senior living facility. They were charged with exploitation of an elderly and disabled individual.

The three women made the video June 13 in the room of a 76-year-old female patient who had a stroke. T They filmed the Snapchat story while waiting for a hospice nurse to arrive.

"One of them was smoking a vape pen. They were using profanities and (making obscene hand gestures) at the camera," an unnamed Jefferson Police Department detective told Fox 13.

Another employee saw the Snap Story and reported them. Police arrested them June 22.
