Plano, Texas-based Kaye/Bassman International merged its ambulatory surgery center and surgical hospital recruiting practice with its hospital and nursing leadership division, the firm announced Feb. 6.
Managing Partner Drew Wyatt, who leads hospital and nursing leadership recruiting, will align with Greg Zoch, partner and managing director of the ASC and surgical hospital practice. The two will co-lead a unified team placing CEOs, COOs, chief nursing officers, and senior clinical executives across ambulatory surgery centers, surgical hospitals, and acute care settings nationwide.
“This integration reflects how healthcare delivery continues to evolve,” said Jeff Kaye, co-founder of Kaye/Bassman International. “By aligning our ASC and hospital leadership recruiting expertise, we are better positioned to support healthcare organizations facing complex operational and clinical leadership challenges.”
Mr. Zoch framed the move as a response to how health systems are scaling. “By combining ASC and surgical hospital expertise with hospital and nursing leadership recruiting, we can deliver more comprehensive leadership solutions as organizations scale, integrate services, and adapt to new care models,” he said.
Mr. Wyatt added that the integration positions the firm to match how organizations themselves now operate. “Healthcare organizations today require leadership teams that can operate seamlessly across hospital and ambulatory settings,” he said.
