Healthcare holding company Diversified Medical Healthcare has acquired Dynasty Medical Laboratory Services, its third medical lab company.
The acquisition of Dynasty, which is based in Hurricane, Utah, expands Diversified Medical's lab footprint to the West, the company said March 3. Its lab services will now include more than 2,000 tests across fields including pharmacogenomics, PCR testing, advanced cardiovascular and diabetes testing, cancer screening, women's wellness panels, toxicology, blood chemistry and molecular diagnostics.
Diversified Medical is the holding company for Premier Medical Laboratory Services in Greenville, S.C., and First Medical Laboratory Services in Irving, Texas.
