CLMA branding and support for CLMA chapters will be preserved as part of the integration agreement, which makes CLMA a division of ASCP, according to the release. The agreement was ratified by a November majority vote of the CLMA membership.

The transition is now in progress, with CLMA membership to expire on Dec. 31. CLMA members will be invited to continue their membership through ASCP at both the state and national levels, according to the report.
