In fall 2025, IU Southeast will offer a Bachelor of Science in medical laboratory sciences, according to a Jan. 22 IU news release. The systems will provide faculty and operational support, supply lab equipment, remodel campus lab spaces and offer hands-on clinical experience through internships.

Previously, the program was offered through a consortium with Bellarmine University in Louisville, but now faculty members and equipment for the program will be transferred and fully hosted at IU.

At the Becker's 11th Annual IT + Revenue Cycle Conference: The Future of AI & Digital Health, taking place September 14–17 in Chicago, healthcare executives and digital leaders from across the country will come together to explore how AI, interoperability, cybersecurity, and revenue cycle innovation are transforming care delivery, strengthening financial performance, and driving the next era of digital health.
