Provide financial leadership and strategic direction for financial operations at the growing SCL Health System in metro Denver.
Reporting to the senior VP of finance and CFO, this system-level executive position supports the corporate strategies of SCLHS through the development of dynamic financial management programs and through oversight of the external and internal accounting and reporting functions. Requirements include a bachelor's degree (master's preferred) in business administration or related field, 10-15+ years of relevant experience to include responsibility in key positions in financial/accounting management in a healthcare organization, public accounting experience with a CPA, and thorough understanding of the financial and operational dynamics of healthcare institutions. Also, working knowledge of multi-facility financial reporting, as well as knowledge of information management processes and flow of data required; experience with financial system implementation preferred.
