The program is the first of its kind on the West Coast. Coursework will focus on improving healthcare processes and using data to help providers make decisions, according to a July 20 USC news release.
The program is designed to accommodate full-time professionals within the healthcare industry and can be completed on a part-time basis. A student could complete the program in 18 months with a full-time course load.
