The companies will work together to expand the functionality of the Microsoft Seeing AI app, a free mobile app for the visually impaired community, to provide more detailed labeling information for Haleon consumers across the U.K. and U.S., according to an Oct. 12 press release.
The partnership aims to help visually impaired individuals care for their own health needs independently by listening to the label information that’s narrated through the Seeing AI app.
