Henry Ford Innovations, part of Detroit-based Henry Ford Health, develops and commercializes the health system’s intellectual assets.

DromosPTM works in specialty pharmacies to help enhance monitoring, help patients find financial assistance and encourage best pharmacy practices. Henry Ford Health first used the software in 2013, and it is now used by seven specialty pharmacy systems, according to an Oct. 21 Henry Ford Health news release.

Specialty pharmacies provide coordinated care and medications that require specialized handling to patients with rare and chronic conditions.

“We are proud to have leading healthcare organizations joining our DromosPTM network to transform lives through advanced patient therapy management,” Henry Ford Health’s Chief Innovation Officer Lisa Prasad said. “These partnerships allow increased functionality and provide patients across the country a better experience and care.”

At the Becker's 11th Annual IT + Revenue Cycle Conference: The Future of AI & Digital Health, taking place September 14–17 in Chicago, healthcare executives and digital leaders from across the country will come together to explore how AI, interoperability, cybersecurity, and revenue cycle innovation are transforming care delivery, strengthening financial performance, and driving the next era of digital health.
