Revenue cycle management company AGS Health is rolling out a new artificial intelligence revenue cycle management platform designed to help promote growth and alleviate labor shortages.
The new features of the AGS AI Platform:

- Clinical documentation improvement
- Computer-assisted professional coding
- Clinical documentation improvement
"Through the use of robotic process automation, machine learning, natural language processing and understanding, and more, the AGS AI Platform provides a paradigm shift in terms of productivity and process optimization. And in portions of the revenue cycle not well suited for automation, we supplement with services led by highly trained and college-educated revenue cycle management experts," AGS Health CIO Thomas Thatapudi said in the Sept. 26 news release. "We like to call this 'AI with a human touch."
