Grays Harbor Community Hospital, nurses reach labor deal

Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen, Wash., has reached an agreement with the Washington State Nurses Association, according to the hospital.

The contract will be in place for the next three years.

“We are pleased that we were able to reach an agreement that satisfies both the nurses and the hospital,” Tom Jensen, CEO of GHCH, said in a news release. “It is our desire to provide salaries and benefits that are competitive to like organizations in order to attract the best employees to care for our community.”

GHCH employs 190 nurses.
